After 25 successful years of dedicated service, founders John Foster and Stephen Power have stepped down from the day-to-day operations of the business. John Foster will continue to contribute as a Non-Executive Director on the board, ensuring continuity and strategic oversight. This transition aligns with their retirement plans and signifies an important milestone for Print Image Network.
Reflecting on the transition, John Foster commented:
"It has been a year since OVM Group acquired the company, and I have had the great pleasure of serving as Managing Director until my retirement in November 2024. Over the past year, we aimed to grow the company significantly while maintaining our renowned Customer Service Excellence. Thanks to the much-valued support of our customers, suppliers, and dedicated staff, we achieved record results.
The Company is now in a strong position for future growth with a new Finance Director, John Ward, and enhancements made to our management structure.
We have carefully appointed a new Managing Director to continue our vision and drive business growth. With our two brands, Print Image Network and UK Engage, there are great opportunities for further expansion."

Michelle brings over 20 years of global experience in the print and communications industry, with a proven track record of leading teams, partnering with supply chains, and delivering sustainable, innovative products and services. Print Image Network is certain that Michelle is the right choice after taking a great deal of time and effort in appointing a new Managing Director to satisfy the criteria of the board and their clients.
